Is there an Incongruous St.? As in, it's incongruous to see the phrase "I live in a neighborhood" on your blog accompanied by a photo showing evidence of more than two neighbors within your line of sight!

The street signs indicate that the two circles intersect, but the photo shows no intersection, although one can infer at least a T-junction. If two circles intersect (not just tangent at a point), then they intersect at two distinct points. So, somewhere nearby there's another intersection of these two circles? I doubt it.

Sasha: it's temporary (although more permanent housinge will probably also feature neighbors).
John: there is another nearby.

Oh, these circles are not the usual more or less straight streets/cul de sacs with a partial circle of houses at the end. Euclid meets urban planning.
